From the dining room a further room, we use as an office, with a wood burner and door out to the terrace and pool, down a split level stair case there is a living room with open fire, double doors onto a terrace overlooking the pool and the fabulous view. Up the stairs is a very large bedroom with en-suite and an internal terrace, the view is spectacular its always shaded and is a great place for an afternoon siesta, it has built in seating, we have a wall mounted tv up there where we spend most summer evenings.
Back off the courtyard there is a further bedroom with dressing room and en-suite for guests or further family.

The fourth wing of the building is yet to be completed, this can be done for you on receipt of  your ten percent but was planned as a further 1 bed cottage that could be linked with the guest room if two rooms were needed and it was not in use. However, because this may not be a requirement form a purchaser we thought we would leave it to choice. We can discuss completing the wing on payment of 10%.


Outside we have a shed (small room on the corner of the house) a garage / workshop a huge gravelled front area with willow ash and fruit trees. The ash offers natural shade and always offers a soft breeze away from the mid day sun.
